This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and SmartDev ("Owner", "We") regarding the use of the MyTruck mobile application ("Application").
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
MyTruck is an interactive mobile application designed to help truck drivers learn road signs and the English language through educational videos, games, and subscription-based content.
The Owner grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with this Agreement.
Certain features of the Application require a subscription. Payments are charged to the User’s Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Subscription management is handled through Apple ID settings.
All payments and refunds are governed by Apple App Store policies.
The Application may collect the User’s name. All data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from the use of the Application.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
